Who we are

KORR Conciergerie Automobile is a brand operated by KTX Automotive inc. (P.O. Box 1005, Head Office Branch, Saint-Lazare, Quebec J7T 2Z7). This policy describes how we handle your personal information, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information collected

Identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, postal code.

Your vehicle and lease, and the plan you’re interested in.

Site tools: lease end date, self-check answers, wheel photos, price request details.

Garages and partners: company name, contact details and message.

Use

Managing the waitlist and referrals, sending you the reminders and reports you asked for, informing you about the presale and launch, answering your requests and measuring interest by area. We do not sell any personal information.

Hosting and disclosure

Your information is hosted in Canada: application server in Toronto, database and files in the Canada Central region.

Some providers (website, email delivery, AI photo analysis) may process information outside Québec. We assess their safeguards before choosing them. Photos are sent to them without your contact details or metadata.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising tracking cookies. Audience measurement is anonymous.

Retention

Until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.

Wheel photos: deleted 7 days after the request if it is not processed, 90 days at most otherwise. Contact details linked to an estimate or price request: anonymized after 12 months.

Your rights

You can at any time access your information, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent and unsubscribe (link in every email).

Incidents and complaints

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. You can also file a complaint with the Commission (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
